国际短剧协会 （International Short Drama Association， 简称 ISDA） 是一个在美国加 州依法注册成立的 501(c)(3) 非营利机构， 致力于推动“短剧”这一新兴艺术形式在全球 范围内的发展、合作与交流。 ISDA 联合来自中、美、欧、亚的艺术家、学者、制片人、 技术专家与高校力量， 积极构建短剧内容的创作生态， 搭建跨文化叙事平台， 打造“短剧 +学术+产业”的国际新模式。
The International Short Drama Association (ISDA) is a legally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in California, USA. It is dedicated to promoting the
development, collaboration, and exchange of short dramas as an emerging art
form on a global scale. ISDA unites artists, scholars, producers, technologists, and academic institutions from China, U.S.A, Europe, and Asia to build a creative
ecosystem for short drama, facilitating cross-cultural storytelling and developing an international model integrating short drama, academia, and industry.

✅ 2024 年 11 月 | 美国电影市场 （AFM） 短剧论坛
ISDA 首次将“短剧” 引入 AFM 主论坛， 首次设立“短剧出海”圆桌论坛。短剧首次正式 进入主流影视交易体系， 吸引了买家、平台与制片人关注， 场面火爆。
论坛现场近百位买家参与， 重点聚焦短剧的“高密度叙事 + 快速变现”模式。来自亚洲 欧洲和美国的制片人认为短剧是全球 IP 迭代的实验田。
✅ 2024 年 11 月 | 首届国际短剧艺术节 （UC Irvine）
联合 UCI 主办的首届国际短剧艺术节及颁奖典礼， 业界大腕名流云集， 美中主流短剧平台、 流媒体平台和媒体深度参与。

✅ Nov 2024 | Short Drama Forum at AFM
ISDA introduced the short drama format to the AFM main forum for the first time, launching the inaugural “Short Drama Going Global” roundtable. This marked the official entry of short dramas into the mainstream film and television trading ecosystem, drawing significant attention from buyers, platforms, and producers. The event generated an enthusiastic response.
Nearly 100 industry buyers participated in the forum, which focused on the
“ high-density storytelling + rapid monetization” model unique to short dramas. Producers from Asia, Europe, and the United States agreed that short dramas
represent a promising testing ground for the next generation of global IP development.
✅ Nov 2024 | 1st International Short Drama Festival (UC Irvine)
Co-hosted with UC Irvine, the inaugural International Short Drama Festival and Awards Ceremony brought together leading figures from the industry. Major
short drama platforms, streaming services, and media outlets from both the U.S. and China participated extensively.
✅ Mar 2025 | 'Short Drama (Asia)' Forum at HK FILMART
Over 400 short drama professionals attended the event, with internationally
renowned directors joining the discussions. Senior executives from Tencent, iQIYI, and Huace were also present.
✅ (Scheduled) Nov 2025 | 2nd Short Drama Festival (AFM, Los Angeles)
This year's festival will be held during AFM, leveraging academic resources from universities such as USC and UCLA, with “Short Drama × A I” as its core theme. The event is expected to attract coverage from over 120 media outlets worldwide.

I. Tax Deduction
In the United States, donations to nonprofit organizations recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) entities—such as ISDA—are tax-deductible. Key benefits include:
Individual Tax Deduction (Itemized Deduction)
If you choose to itemize deductions on your tax return, the amount you
donate can be deducted from your taxable income, reducing your total tax liability.
Corporate Tax Benefits
Companies that donate to nonprofits can classify those donations as business expenses, effectively lowering their corporate income tax burden.
Multiple Forms of Giving
You may donate in cash, check, stocks, real estate, equipment, and more. Many non-cash donations also qualify for tax deductions.
Generous Deduction Limits
Individuals can deduct up to 60% of their Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Any excess can be carried forward for up to five years.
